Banana Clean Up

 One banana can be used for complete clean up process.Banana is rich in vitamin A,D and E hence it works in anti ageing.It also prevents the occurrance of wrinkles.A fresh smashed banana can do wonders to your skin.Banana can be combined with other products available in kitchen and can be used as cleanser,scrub and face pack.

    

Banana Cleanser(Banana+Yogurt)

      Cleansing is usually done to remove the dirt and natural oil like substance secreated in the skin. These dirt when they accumulate in the skin they block the pores and it leads to pimples. so it is necessary to cleanse the skin regularly to avoid pimples as well as to clean the skin.

   Take a banana and cut in to small circular pieces.Take about 2-3 pieces of circularly cut banana.Add about 2 spoon of yogurt.Grind these two in a mixer grinder till it forms a thin paste..Now clean your skin and apply this paste in the skin and leave for about 10 minutes.Then wash your face with cold water.This acts as a good cleanser to the skin.

Banana Scrub(Banana+sugar)

   Scrub is the most important stage in clean up. It helps in removing the dead cells and it replaces the new skin which makes the skin looks younger.It also helps to remove the formation of black heads and white heads.On regular scrubbing it prevents the formation of black heads and white heads.Scrub alone can be used atleast once a weak to get good results.

     

    Take about 2-3 pieces of circularly cut banana in a bowl.Now add 2 spoons of sugar.Now smash the banana and sugar with your hand.Now apply this banana scrub in the face and neck.Massage the banana scrub for about 10 minutes.Then leave it to dry for about 10 minutes.Then wash your face with cold water.

Banana Face Mask(Banana+Honey+Lime)

            Final stage in facial is clean up.It helps in lightening the skin and also makes the skin clear.This pack alone can be used daily for skin lightening.It works on anti aging by preventing the wrinkles.

  Take about 2-3 pieces of  circularly cut banana in a bowl.Take 2 spoons of honey and melt the honey in the vessel.Now smash the banana and melted honey in the mixer grinder till it becomes thin paste.Now add 1 table spoon of lime juice to this mixture.Now Banana face mask is ready.

  Now apply this banana mask in the clean face.Then leave the banana mask to dry for about 20 minutes.After that wash your face with cold water. Do this repeatedly and you will visualize the. amazing results very soon
