Easy Cooking(Snacks)


Oats Vadai
      Oats vadai is a healthy as well as very easy to prepare.
                                               Ingredients
     channa dhal(kadalai Paruppu) - 1/2 Cup soak for 1 hour
     Red Chilli                                   - 2
     Anise Seed(Sombu)                   -1/2 teaspoon
     Oats                                             -1/2 Cup Soaked in water for 10 min
     Salt
     Grind the soaked channa dhal,2 red chilli and half a tablespoon of anise seed by adding little amount of water in the mixer  grinder till it becomes fine paste.Now add the soaked oats in to paste and add some salt.Now make small balls and then make it in to vadai shape.Now put this in the oil and fry it till it becomes golden brown.Have it with coconut chutney.It will be delicious to have.

      
   
Idly Flour(Idly Mavu) Pakoda
   Just 10 minutes is enough to make delicious idly mavu pakoda.
                                Ingredients
    Idli Mavu                                      - 1 Cup 
   Onion                                             - 1
   Green Chilli                                  - 2
    Rava                                               - 3 tablespoon
    Curry Leaves
    Salt
    
    Take a cup of idli flour and add all the items(1 onion,2 green chillies,curry leaves,salt and 3 spoon of rava) to the idly flour.Heat the oil in the pan and take a pinch of idly flour and put in the oil.
Then take out from the oil after it gets fried.Do it in the same way by using the remaining idly flour.You will get a crispy and tasty idly four pakoda.


Fried Gram(Pottu Kadalai) Vadai
  You want to prepare vadai in few minutes then opt for fried gram vadai.
                                    Ingredients
    Fried Gram                                   - 2 Cup 
    Green Chilli                                 - 5
    Roasted Groundnut                      - 1 tablespoon
   Curry Leaves
    Onion                                             - 1
    Salt
    Grind 2 cup of fried gram and 5 green chilli in the mixer grinder for about 5 minutes.Then add 1 cup of roasted groundnut and curry leaves for about 2 minutes.Now add some water to this mixture till it becomes thick paste.Then add 1 finely chopped onion in to this mixture and add some salt.Now heat the oil in the pan and put this mixture by making in to vadai shape.Wait till it turns in to golden brown colour and then take out the fried gram vadai.

1. Cucumber to get rid of ants
                          If you have ants problem in your kitchen you can use cucumber skin to control that problem.Ants hate cucumber.So peel the cucumber skin and place it in the place where you find ants or near the ant hole.You will get rid of ants very soon.



2. Black Pepper to get ride of rats or mice
                     To get rid of mice or rat from the kitchen this tip will be really useful for you.sprinkle black pepper in places where you find mice or rats.They will run away from  that place because they are allergic to black peppers.


3.cleanse plastic container
                 We use plastic container to keep most of the kitchen items.We must clean this plastic container  often since  the item stored in the plastic container  are used cooking.So clean this plastic container  atleast once in the month.For cleaning if you use soap or detergent bar there are chances for getting these soap getting stick in the plastic box.So it is better to use whole green gram powder or split bengal gram powder for cleaning the plastic box.By washing the plastic box with whole green gram powder or split bengal gram the plastic container  will be clean and shiny.

4. Boiled Water for clean Ice cubes
                    You want to get clean and pure ice cubes??.Boil the water and then place the water till it reaches room temperature.Then place the water in the freezer.By following this process we can get  clean and pure ice cubes.


5.Sprite for cleaning mirror
                  To make the mirror sparkling shine wash the mirror using sprite.Take a clean cloth and dip it in small amount of sprite and wipe  the mirror.Then clean it with the clean cloth.The mirror will shine.

     Hair conditioner are available in plenty in market but they contains chemicals and we may have some hesitation in using that product.Those people can better opt for natural hair conditioner made from the items available in kitchen shelves.There are numerous packs available but these are few most simple and effective home made conditioner meeting the needs of our natural hair.

Egg with Lime and Honey Hair Conditioner
        Egg is a natural conditioner which will do wonders to your hair.It helps to soften the hair and it gives shiny look to your hair.Now take an egg and beat it  and now add 2 spoons of honey and 2 spoons of lime juice.Beat this mixture till it mixes well.Apply it on your hair and scalp gently.Massage the scalp gently for about 10 minutes.Now allow the pack to dry for about 30 minutes.Now wash your hair with mild shampoo.

Banana with  Curd Hair Conditioner
       Don't throw away the overripe bananas it can be used as a natural hair conditioner.Take 1 overripe banana cut in to small pieces and immerse it in a cup of curd for about 30 minutes.After 30 minutes grind the soaked banana with curd in the mixer grinder till it becomes as a thin paste.Take strands of hair and apply this paste along the length of the hair from root till tip of the hair.Leave this paste for about 45 minutes and then wash your hair thoroughly.

Mayonnaise Hair Conditioner
         Egg and lime juice are the basic and major ingredients of mayonnaise.These products acts as a good conditioner to hair.take about half cup of mayonnaise and heat for few minutes.Now apply this mild heated mayonnaise with the brush all over the hair from hair root till the tip of the hair.Leave the pack for 45 minutes.Now wash the hair with mild shampoo and you will feel the softness of your hair.Continue to use this pack till you get a better result.

Saffron Hair Conditioner
             Saffron gives deep conditioning to your hair and also it helps to give shiny look.Take 2 tablespoon of saffron and boil the saffron strands in the water for 10 minutes till the colour of the water changes to mild orange colour.Now filter the saffron stands and add 1 spoon of honey and 2 spoon of lime juice to this saffron water and mix it thoroughly.Apply this saffron water to the scalp and hair.Leave it for about 30 minutes.Then wash your hair. 

Avocado Fruit Hair Conditioner
     Take an overripe avocado and make slices.Now grind the sliced avocado by adding 2 spoon of olive oil in the mixer grinder till it becomes thick paste.Now wash your hair with water.Apply this paste in the wet hair for the full length.Leave this paste in the hair for 45 minutes.Then wash your hair with mild shampoo.Continue this for better results.
